We also welcome a brief introductory call to discuss your goals in more detail. While we provide all professional equipment and supportive bolsters, we may occasionally request the use of your favorite towels or extra cushions to maximize your personal comfort.
Yas
A passion for women's wellbeing stems from several years of personal and professional experience within, and outside of the complimentary therapy field.
Since 2019, I dedicated myself to bodywork and wellbeing to complement my interest in helping others struggling with modern conditions. I qualified in Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy at London School of Massage, complimenting this with a certificate in Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage courses at Elemental School with Monica Paslaru and Barbara Scott.
Over this time, I have seen and understood many difficulties we face with our health and how contemporary life affects our bodies ability to heal at a natural pace.
As such - I hope to remind women to be comfortable in their own skin and hold space for themselves amongst the fast paced lives we lead.
Listening, empathy and understanding is also a key part of building a rapport with my clients. I like to set a high standard for what a professional mobile therapist looks like and the ability to allow you to relax and also be open is an important part of the journey. Presence in the here and now is the ultimate healing tool, something as a therapist I attempt to achieve in each session.

Iwona
Iwona is a certified specialist in post- operative lymphatic drainage and recovery, dedicated to guide clients through the crucial healing phases.
With 10 years experience, she has a deep understanding of tissue trauma. She provides gentle care designed to reduce swelling, promote healthy drainage, and enhance comfort. Iwona is committed to transform the recovery experience through her own experience and hand-on care.

I believe that the emotional aspect of our lives is reflected in the tensions in the body, so I try to relax muscles and support emotional balance. I work exclusively with natural methods that allow the body to return to a state of inner harmony.'

Zaynab
Zaynab is an award-winning therapist passionate about holistic healing. She brings to the table experience in advanced therapies including Post-Op Lymphatic care alongside Hijama Cupping.
