Iwona covers North and North East London areas including Chingford, Woodford, Chigwell, Epping, and Enfield.

Yas covers Enfield areas, Barnet, Finchley, Mill Hill and Hertfordshire.

Sarah covers Finchley and North West London areas up to Barnet and sometimes further upon request.

By traveling to you, we eliminate the stress of travel allowing our specialists to focus on reducing inflammation and calming the nervous system. We are a team built on the pillars of integrity, expertise, and a commitment to your wellbeing.

Before meeting we request you to complete a digital consultation form and invite a phone call to discuss anything in more detail. We are able to provide all equipment with some bolsters for support but may require towels and further cushions where necessary.

About Yas
A passion for women's wellbeing stems from several years of personal and professional experience within, and outside of the complimentary therapy field.
Since 2019, I dedicated myself to bodywork and wellbeing to complement my interest in helping others struggling with modern conditions. I qualified in Sports Massage Therapy at London School of Massage, complimenting this with a certificate in Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage courses with Elemental School.
Over this time, I have seen and understood many difficulties we face with our health and how contemporary life affects our bodies ability to heal at a natural pace.

As such - I hope to remind women to be comfortable in their own skin and hold space​ for themselves amongst the fast paced lives we lead.

Listening, empathy and understanding is also a key part of building a rapport with my clients. I like to set a high standard for what a professional mobile therapist looks like and the ability to allow you to relax and also be open is an important part of the journey. Presence in the here and now is the ultimate healing tool, something as a therapist I attempt to achieve in each session.

With 10 years experience, she has a deep understanding of tissue trauma. She provides gentle care designed to reduce swelling, promote healthy drainage, and enhance comfort. Iwona is committed to transform the recovery experience through her own experience and hand-on care.
